We have a 48 hour Cancellation Policy on all service appointments, canceled appointments with in this window will have the initial service fee applied to their profile due upon rebooking.

Repair Service Warranty
All our repairs Come with a 1 Year service warranty if your product is returned to OEM status.
How does it work?
- All service call appointment fees are paid on the Booking day and are included on your bill
- If a service call is booked but a replacement is the only option, the service call fee still applies.
- Our repair warranty only covers what we touch, if we can't replace or repair a part that's directly or indirectly causing the issue or the replacement part is refused, we can not apply a repair warranty.
CLEANING and CUTTING
(Blind cleaning services will be offered for 2025 starting July 7th Pricing and procedures will be updated once we have retrofitted the shop to handle it)
We Offer Seasonal Blind and shade cleaning and cutting.
- Clean almost all styles of blinds, by hand or with our ultrasonic cleaning machine.
- Blind cleaning can not be done on site, most return times are between 4-5 days.
-We inspect every blind before we remove them from your home to ensure they can be cleaned and can handle the cleaning process.
When we clean blinds we let them dry naturally using no heat, taking the time to do it this way may take longer, but it's the best way to limit warping, fading and damage to the strings, fabric and parts in future.
Assessment and pick up fees for standard blinds: Blind pickup DIY Fee $149.00 + tax (10 blinds or less, some restrictions apply) You Take them down and prepare them for pick up. We asses them confirm how clean we can get them and take them with us.
Professional take down $299 + Tax (10 blinds or less, some restrictions apply)
Blind cleaning fees: 10 Blinds or less $75 per blind, Faux wood & aluminum add an additional $5 per blind.
We charge a minimum of 3 blinds per order.
So if you have less then 3 you will be charged the same.
we can only clean blinds up 82 inches through a hydra sonic any thing exceeding that would require a manual cleaning through a disruption machine. ( what we call the soda machine) Restrictions: -Rates apply to a standard 5x4 blind anything over this will be custom pricing - we can clean more in one pick up how every anything more then 10 require specialty pricing
Pick ups. in order to not disrupt our current activities, Blind cleaning pick ups can only be done Tuesdays between 10:30-1:30 and Fridays 10:30-1:30. Drop offs will only be available in the same pick up times, Tuesday 10:30-1:30 and Friday 10:30-1:30 please note we may change this to better suite a techs travel times. Drop offs will all be DIY now Unless other wise requested, additional fees may apply. Please contact the office for any questions and bookings for cleaning must be done over the phone. as a credit card must be left on file. also note any blinds requiring repairs must be completed before they can pass through the cleaning machines.

Replacements
Replacements are only suggested if the cost to repair your shade exceeds 40% of the replacement cost and is older than 7 years or the parts are no longer available.
We will do our best to provide you with the same style.
If we deem that a repair cannot be completed a replacement will be suggest and it will not be repaired, we only return products to OEM.
- If we can't fix it, no one can.
- Value in your dollar, no point in spending good money, on bad.
- All blinds have a life span, as any consumer product does.
